Allahabad is situated at the eastern part of
the state of Uttar Pradesh. It is very well connected by Air, Rail and
Road from New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gauhati, Chennai and
Kolkata.

Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences is situated about 8
Km. from Allahabad Junction Railway Station across the Jamuna Bridge on
the Rewa Road. Conveyance like cycle Rickshaw/ Auto rickshaw and taxi are
readily available on both sides depending on the arrival of your train
whether on civil lines side platform or city side platform. Charges vary
from Rs 25/- to Rs 40/- (Cycle Rickshaw), Rs 80/- to Rs 100/- (Auto
Rickshaw) and little higher for Taxi. If you come by bus, the bus stands
are located at Zero Road and Civil Lines. Conveyance charges are the same
as mentioned above. The University is well known to the people as well as
rickshaw pullers/drivers by its former name "Agricultural Institute" and
they will take you to the right place without any difficulty. If you wish
to come by plane then you will either have to go to Varanasi or Lucknow
from there you can hire a taxi and come to Allahabad. The distance of Varanasi and Lucknow from Allahabad is 120 & 225 K.M. respectively.
