 1. To impart Agricultural Education in developing nations.
 2. To teach, conduct and direct research in the areas of Soil Fertility, Soil Chemistry, Fertilizer Efficiency, Soil Environmental Pollution, and other areas in the field of Soil Science and Environmental Quality.
 3. To work toward improvement in water quality and reducing health risks due to agricultural chemicals in humans and livestock.
 4. To find ways of reducing chemicals pollution, and to work toward reclamation of polluted soils and waters.
 5. To work towards overall improvement in quality of human life on planet Earth.
